Non-custom items are refundable - Items must be sent back within 3 business days of receiving it. Once items are received and we verify that they are unused and are able to be resold the refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
Custom items are non-refundable as they were custom made for you. This is why we send mockup and verify sizes before you purchase these items.
