Shipping policy

We do our best to get your order out the door quickly and securely—but once it's with the shipping carrier, it's officially on its way and out of our control.

Shipping is handled by USPS or FedEx, depending on the option selected at checkout. That means any delays, lost packages, or delivery issues fall under the responsibility of the carrier—not us. While we’re always happy to help where we can, please know that we see the same tracking info you do. Once your order ships, a tracking number is automatically emailed to you. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder—it’s often hiding in there.

If your package is marked as delayed or lost, we’re more than happy to help file a claim and guide you through the process. That said, please understand that we can’t speed things up or guarantee outcomes once the package is in the carrier’s hands.

Free shipping does not include insurance. If you’d like to protect your order, insurance is available to add at checkout and is highly recommended for any order you can’t afford to lose. Without insurance, any risk of loss or damage falls to the buyer once the order has shipped.

We’re a small, family-run shop and truly appreciate your support. We pack each order with care and get it out as fast as we can—but shipping is its own beast. If there’s ever an issue, reach out—we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction and help however we can.
