Terms of Service

Welcome to Seven Slot United Brands! By placing an order or using our website, you're agreeing to the following terms—nothing wild, just a few things to keep everything running smoothly for both of us.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
We’re a small, family-run business and work hard to get orders out in a timely manner. Most items ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted (custom orders may take longer). If we're attending an event or temporarily out of the shop, we'll note any delays on the site or in your confirmation email.

2. Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale. We send mockups and confirm details before anything is made, so once you give us the green light, it’s officially yours. Please double-check all spelling, sizing, and design choices—we’re not responsible for mistakes that were approved.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Non-custom items can be returned within 3 business days of delivery as long as they’re unused and in resellable condition. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
Want to switch a size? We’re happy to help—just know you’ll cover shipping both ways. We include size charts on all listings to help you get it right the first time!

Custom items are non-refundable. Period.

4. Shipping
We ship via USPS and FedEx. Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by the carrier. We’ll absolutely help file a claim if your package is lost or late, but we see the same tracking info that you do.

Insurance is not included with free shipping and must be added at checkout if you'd like coverage. If you skip it, you're assuming the risk.

5. Use of Our Website
You agree not to copy, steal, or resell our designs, photos, or content. Everything on this site is the property of Seven Slot United Brands and our affiliated companies (Custom4x4Badges, Seven Slot Sisterhood, The Jester Graphics, etc.). We’re all about creativity—so don’t copy ours.

6. Community Standards
If you interact with us on social media or in one of our communities (like Jeep Girls of Florida or Seven Slot Sisterhood), we expect kindness, respect, and zero drama. We reserve the right to remove anyone who can’t play nice.
