About Us

At Custom4x4Badges, we make custom metal badges for people who want their vehicle, club, business, or event to actually stand out.

We are a family-run business based in Ridge Manor, Florida, and we built this company for people who want something better than cheap tin, flimsy knockoffs, or lasered plastic pretending to be impressive. Our badges are made from high quality metal for a more premium look and feel, because if you are putting something on your build, it should look like it belongs there, not like it lost a fight with a bargain bin.

We also do things differently on the business side. No minimum order requirements. No setup fees. No nonsense where you need to order a mountain of badges just to be taken seriously. Whether you need one custom badge for your own ride or a larger order for your club, business, or event, we are here to make the process simple, clear, and worth it.

Every badge we sell is backed by our one year no questions asked warranty. After that, we offer lifetime replacements for just $10, because stuff happens and we believe taking care of customers should not turn into a hostage negotiation.

What matters to us is doing things right. That means honest communication, straightforward timelines, and a product we are proud to put our name on. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We are focused on being the one people are glad they ordered from.

If you are ready to get started, check out our How to Make a Custom Badge page for the full step by step process.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your badges made of?

Our badges are made from high quality metal for a more premium look and feel. We do not offer cheap tin or lasered plastic badges.

How are your badges made?

Very carefully, with strong opinions, high standards, and a process we have developed in house that we do not share publicly. The behind the scenes stays behind the scenes, but we stand behind every badge we sell with our one year no questions asked warranty and lifetime $10 replacement program.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

No. You can order just one badge or place a larger order for your club, business, or event. We also offer bulk pricing on orders of 10 badges or more, because buying more should actually come with a reward and not just a bigger invoice.

Do you charge setup fees?

No. We do not charge setup fees.

How do I get started?

Send us your artwork and badge details, and we will review everything and send a mockup for approval before you order. If you need the full breakdown, visit our How to Make a Custom Badge page.

What kind of artwork do you need?

High quality artwork gives the best final result. We can use high resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG files. We cannot use AI mockups, ChatGPT layouts, Canva screenshots, locked template files, or low quality blurry images. If you do not have artwork yet, we can help point you in the right direction, but we do not choose artwork for you.

How long does it take to get a mockup?

Mockups are typically sent within 1 to 2 business days and are handled in the order received.

How long does production take?

Most custom orders are completed in about 3 to 5 business days, though larger orders and busy seasons can take a little longer. Good things take time. We are fast, just not magic.

What is your warranty?

Our badges are novelty items, but we still stand behind what we make in a big way. Every badge comes with a one year no questions asked warranty, which is something you do not see from most badge companies. If your badge has fading, peeling, or adhesive issues during that first year, we will replace it. You just cover shipping.

After the one year mark, we still have your back. Because these are novelty items exposed to sun, rain, mud, and trail life, wear over time can happen. That is why we offer replacements for just $10 plus shipping instead of making you buy a brand new badge at full price. Most companies are done with you once theirs starts fading, cracking, or failing. We are not.

To help your badge last as long as possible, we recommend gentle care using basic soap and water and avoiding pressure washers or harsh chemicals.
