We want you to love what you ordered. But we understand that sometimes things happen.
Non-Custom Items
If your item was not custom made, you may return it for a refund.
• Item must be shipped back within 3 business days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in brand-new condition
• Item must be in a condition that can be resold
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. Shipping has already been paid to get it to you and is non-refundable.
Need a different size? We are happy to exchange non-custom items for another size as long as they are still in brand-new condition.
Please note:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Customer is responsible for shipping on exchanged items
We are a small family-run business and shipping costs add up quickly. To help avoid sizing issues, we provide detailed size charts on every listing.

Custom Items
All custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable.
Before production begins:
• We send a mockup for approval
• Sizes and details are confirmed
• Production does not begin until you approve
Once approved and produced, the item is yours.
