How to Make Your Custom Badge:

Thanks for reaching out! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you create your custom badge. Please do not place an order until you’ve received your mockup from us—otherwise, we will cancel your order without notice.

1. Specific Words or Phrases:

   • Let us know any specific words or phrases you’d like featured on your badge.
   • If you’d prefer a specific font, feel free to choose one from DaFont. These are free fonts to use. If you select a paid font, you’ll need to purchase it and send us the font file.

2. Positioning of the 4x4:

   • Would you like the “4x4” to be positioned at the bottom of the badge?

3. Artwork Submission:

   • DO NOT mockup your badge; we can’t use it. Let us do all the work!
   • We require you to send the artwork you want used. We do not create in-house artwork due to the time-consuming nature of this process. We prefer you send us the design you want, as this helps us avoid spending hours going back and forth making changes. This way, we can keep our price at $23 per badge.
   • Ensure your artwork is in PNG format or has a white/transparent background.
   • You can find suitable graphics by searching online with terms like "Desired item + PNG/transparent background."
   • Avoid using screenshots, pictures of graphics, or watermarked images. If you find such images, please purchase them and send the high-quality file to Custom4x4Badges@gmail.com.
   • Grainy artwork will affect the quality of your badge, so please send clear, high-quality images.
   • If you need changes made to the artwork, we require the vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG). We can’t modify JPEGs, PNGs, or screenshots.
   • Larger image files are preferable for higher quality.

4. Color:

   • Do you want the badge to be the standard black and metal, or would you like to add color to the area behind the 4x4 and the outer ring (the white areas in your mockup)?

1. Once we receive your artwork and details, we’ll create several mockups for your review.
2. After you confirm the design, we’ll send you a link to complete your purchase.
3. Your payment secures the order, and badges typically ship within 3-5 business days.

4. Avoid Abrasive Materials: Use soft cloths or sponges to clean the badge area.
5. Proper Care: While we’re not asking you to baby your badge, taking care of it will help it last for years! :)

Installation Instructions:

1. Clean the area with alcohol for a smooth, clean surface.
2. Plan the placement of your badge to ensure perfect positioning.
3. Peel off the red adhesive backing.
4. Align, stick, and hold for 30 seconds.
5. Share photos of your 4x4’s new look, tag us, and get a virtual high-five!

Important Note:
Our badges are novelty items designed to personalize and enhance your 4x4’s look. While we make them to be durable, they’re not indestructible, especially in harsh outdoor conditions. Think of them like any accessory—you wouldn’t expect to return a product after a year of use. We want you to love your badge, so keep that in mind when caring for it!

Unmatched Warranty:
No other company in the badge market matches our warranty. We stand behind our product 100% because we want you to love your badge. That’s why we offer a one-year, no-questions-asked warranty. If anything goes wrong in that time, we’ll replace your badge for FREE.

After the first year, if Mother Nature’s harsh elements have taken a toll on your badge, we offer a replacement for just $10 (instead of the usual $19 or $23 for custom badges), plus shipping.
