How to make a custom badge

Everything we need from you to start the process can be found below. Once you are ready to order you can send all this info by email to Custom4x4Badges@gmail.com or click the link to get started.
Specific Words or Phrases:

1. Let us know any specific words or phrases you want featured on the badge.


2. If you prefer a particular font over our standard font, please choose one from www.dafont.com These are free fonts to use. If you select a paid font, you will need to purchase it and send us the font file.

Positioning of the 4x4:

1. Would you like the 4x4 positioned at the bottom or do you want your graphic to take up the whole badge?

Artwork Submission:

1. We require you to send the artwork you want used. Due to the time-consuming nature of the design process, we do not create in-house artwork. We will not guess or pick your artwork for you. We prefer you send us the artwork/design you want, as this helps us avoid spending hours going back and forth making changes. This way, we can keep our price at $23 per badge.


2. Please DO NOT try to mockup your badge; we can’t use it. Let us do all the work!


3. Email the artwork that you would like to use to Custom4x4Badges@gmail.com


4. Ensure your artwork is in PNG format or has a white/transparent background. You can find suitable graphics by searching online with terms like "Desired item + PNG/transparent background."


5. Avoid using screenshots, pictures of graphics, or watermarked images. If you find such images, please purchase them and send the high-quality file to Custom4x4Badges@gmail.com.


6. Grainy artwork will affect the quality of your badge, so please send clear, high-quality images. Larger image files are preferable for higher quality.


7. If you need changes made to the artwork, we require the vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG). We can’t modify JPEGs, PNGs, or screenshots.

Color:

1. Do you want the badge to be the standard black and metal, or would you like to add color to the area behind the 4x4 and the outside ring (the white areas on your mockup)?

Summary of Process

1. Once we have the necessary details, we'll create several mockups for your review. (Please allow up to 2 business days for mockups, we work with customer in order so please wait your turn)


2. After confirming the artwork and badge design, we'll send you a link to finalize your purchase.


3. Payment secures your order, and badges are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.
